    Prices Based on Choices?

Is there a way that a product price can be determined by a pair of choice variables? As an example, a client who runs car parts business needs to be able to show different prices for wiper blades based on vehicle make, model and year. I was thinking of 2 attributes: one with vehicle model choices and the other with year choices - combinations of these 2 attributes would produce different prices - can we do this?

    Thanks

Thanks, I can see now how to set up permutations that affect the price added to the shopping cart. I can't see a way though to make selections which will display a price in the product layout before adding it to the cart.

You won't see a way that's why, not using out of the box actinic anyway. Can be added to the choices in the drop down boxes as next best thing though, check out the layout tab on components.

I've got an add-on that I think can help. It works with any Permutation that has a set of drop-down boxes for the Choices. It displays a running total of the selected permutation price below the set of drop-downs.

In addition it pops up a warning if you try to select an invalid permutation, saving the customer the hassle and delay of only finding this out when after they try to add it to the Cart.
