Importing Product List

Hi ... I'm new here, so sorry if this is either a stupid question or a repeat.

My question is this:

We use Quickbooks POS, I want to use Actinic with Link. My products are each in a category in Quickbooks .... for example, "Face", "Body", "Hair". On my site I want subcategories .... under "Face" would be eyes, lips, skin, etc. Should I be setting up these subcategories first in Quickbooks so that it exports correctly or should I just import all products into Actinic and set up categories there? AND, if I do it in Actinic, what happens when I update/add new products/delete products in Quickbooks?

Hi there

It dosent really matter which was you create the sections, whether in Quickbooks or Actinic, but if you create new sections in Quickbooks you will still need to create a new import file for Actinic so you can update you catalog with the new data.
