"Selections" in the shopping cart problem

Hi!

I have most products with two selections and have shown the site to my client. However, they don't like the fact that in the shopping cart, the product shows up like this:



They don't like the fact that there are TWO quantities just for one product as it confuses the buyer. It shows the quantity for the product AND for the selection. They'd rather the quantity only showed for the product. Even better if it said:

Product Name - Selection name

Apply this to the pictured example and you'd get something like:

C4836A Cyan (HP11) - Original

Is this doable?

you need to remove the component/attribute lines from the cart.
If you do a search for this, it's definitely been covered a few times before

editted to say..an alternative would be to set up associated (hidden) products for each of the choices and use those (with no orderline for main product) instead.
It's definitely a more long-winded way round though.
