This is a very strange one.
Bascially I have not changed my settings, but on August 9th at 16.29 I received a 'copy email receipt' for a customer order but since then nothing.
I have not changed the email details in Business Settings, nor the smtp details in network settings. In fact at the time I was on holiday, so I actually could not have changed any of these settings.
We have had the normal number of orders since August 9th, but no email receipts.
At the same time protx has started to outperform itself sending through confirmation of payment received with every order, something that never happened before August (and probably due to the much discussed upgrade).
So this is one of those irritating problems, I get an email from protx saying some nice customer has just sent me 15.12 but no email to say what the order is.
To clarify, Order processing is done by my counterpart Simon E down at the warehouse, so we are able to send stuff out to the customer and I have been able to access full details of all the missing orders, now I am back from holiday.
Its just the emails (The Receipt Email Copies) I am missing.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
