Prices Update

I have created components and attributes for both bed style and size on my site and shown a permutation table to show the relevant pricing which can be seen here:

The problem is that for some products I will have six different styles for the six available sizes, creating an extremly long table. Is there a way to update a single price like that of a fixed product, that updates next to the selection boxes instead, so that I can then get rid of the table?
