Add to cart issue

Just wondering if there is way that when someone clicks add to cart, the shopping cart does not disappear after a few seconds.

Design>Design Options

Change the bounce page delay to 0 and it'll stay on the "view cart" screen rather than redirecting back to the store (I'm sure a forum search for "cart redirect" or similar would have picked this up as it's been discusses many times before)
