Duplicates lost when reorganising catalog tree

I have managed to copy back the products table from a the Thursday night version and I seem to have all of the original products but not duplicates.

I am just going to check the table for integrity but if it has worked it will have rescued some of the situation.

On the one I did some orders went astray as well - not sure if it was related but worth checking.

Fortunately I am working in a separate local copy so I'll snapshot it and not overwrite orders when I am ready to put it back.

However what you say does worry me if it hits while content is being managed by anyone working directly on the network db.
