Home page missing after site upload

Hi All

Ive made a few layout changes today but seem to have lost my home page?
It should be here>
http://www.flooringsales.co.uk/


The rest of the site is OK, for instance>
http://www.flooringsales.co.uk/acatalog/Deliveries.html


I can find the page in the Preveiw html listed as P_index and I could load this up manually I suppose, but the problem will still be there?

Anyone help please?!

You can't just upload P_index - that will not work.

Check that you have 'use as website homepage' checked in Home - General tab and that the pagename is index.html in Page Settings.

I havent altered any settings (or even touched) in the page details so it does seem strange.

Im going to reload site now anyway to see what happens.

Re loading the P_index page, I was thinking I could change name to index and then upload using ftp outside of Actinic. Ive looked at P_index in my html editor and it seems to be OK but I dont want to do this (if it works!?) because I havent solved the problem

Ive got the index back by doing a web refresh, so Im still none the wiser, thanks for your help Duncan

Actinic will only upload a page if it has been changed - I suspect that your connection dropped out during an update and actinic failed to load the home page. Subsequent uploads would not upload it because actinic thought it had already uploaded it - however a refresh uploads all pages and so would replace the home page
