Some DD products have links, others don't...

    Hi,

I'm aware that there have been several issues with Paypal receipts etc. not generating digital download links but I seem to be having a more basic problem. I'm currently testing our site using Protx and find that some of my digital download products are generating links perfectly well after a test purchase while others are not.

I've tried to compare the product setups between those that generate the links and those that don't and can't seem to find any difference - is there an obvious ommission or flaw in how I've set up the products that would disable the download link generation? Given that I'm using Protx, I'm assuming that the problem won't be down to queuing the payment authorisation or time delays associated with Paypal.

Any help or wise suggestions would be very much appreciated.

No, not that I can think of. Are the DD products assigned to associated products (via a component) or just standard ones?

Can you see the DD file uploaded to the acatalog/DD/ folder?

      Bingo!

Searched the acatalog/DD/ folder and sure enough - the offending files weren't there! Any reason why that would be the case and, given that they're not, what would be the most time-efficient way to get them in there?

Thanks for helping me on this by the way - much appreciated.
