shopping cart error

can anyone help me please
when a customer adds an item to the cart, then goes to another page to continue shopping, the cart shows nothing in it.
if you click on view cart the item is in there, but not when viewing it from another page.
can you help me correct this please

Seems to work ok for me, tested in Firefox 2 and IE7.

Is there any specific conditions under which it happens?

works fine in Safari too although the "Add to cart" text doesn't fit on the button for some reason...just thought I'd mention it...it's only in safari..dont know if someone else who uses it can confirm?

well every computer ive been on does it.
so when it adds to the cart and go to another page you still see the item in the cart?

yep
tested in 3 browsers and it updated the minicart instantly and kept displaying correctly as I carried on round the site

I went to help a mate doing some landscaping last weekend and his missus brought out a biscuit barrel full of brownies, which were quite stunning, probably the best biscuit i have ever eaten. They were from ALDI. It was funny cos over the space of half hour we emptied her completely out of them, we all kept sneaking back to where they were.

Another quite sublime treat is butter toffee popcorn covered in milk chocolate from Marks & Sparks, they come a close second to the ALDI dream brownies. I can do a complete bag in about 3 minutes flat - God bless Travis and his requirement for a walk each day.

heres one for you!!

when i access my website on my laptop and try to add an item to the cart it comes up with an error message saying that access has been denied, now this is some cookie problem, i have spoken to dell but they cannot fix the problem, it only happens to me on my laptop, (which, by the way i have just change from vista to xp pro as vista was getting on my nerves) dell talked me through the changes so i did it properly.

so its my laptop how annoying!!!

Firewall issue perhaps? Have you tried turning it off and trying again?
