DW CS3 Actinic extention help !!

I am running Vista unlimate and I have Dreamweaver CS3 with Actinic ecommerce 8.5. When I try to install the extension I get this error

" The file 'C:\ Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\Help\Actinic\Actinic Plug In.chm' is being used by Dreamweaver CS3. Please close Dreamweaver and try again.

When I try to install this dreamweaver is closed. I have tried restarting and installing and I still get the same message.. Any help would be great.. Thanks

right i guess you installed DW after actinic, if so uninstall everything then install DW then actinic

on a side note... he's completely right, its tres bad. you're problem lies with the oddness of vista, and the fix suggested should fix it.

Take any bloody longer and they might have gone bump by the time you release it, actinic could have half finished google checkout in the same time.
