Flavour attribute (handling atributes with more than one value)

    Hi,

I am currently planning my web page and working on an application to format a hierarchical file to export my data.

While doing this I’ve realised that product qualities (1 product – n qualities), like flavours and ingredients can be stored in different ways and I don’t know which is the most suitable to be able to search and filter by those fields.

I come out with few answers and I don’t know which is the best:

1 – Create an attribute field called flavours and store all of them separated by commas.
2 – Creating 10 fields and storing each flavour separately, limitations: max 10 flavours
    3 – Any other method

Could anyone give me some advice as I am a bit lost and I can see this as the key field of success.

    Many thanks for your time.
