Duplicated Attributes In Section Details

I've got a problem with creating new sub-sections - all of the attributes are appearing twice as shown in the attachment.

Anyone seen this before? All of my existing sections/sub-sections do not have this problem.

Pretty sure i've seen this mentioned before, not common at all though. Distant memory says a close down of actinic and then a restart gets rid of it, although that solution seems to be quite common on lots of things right now, so i may be recollecting incorrectly.

Didn't think about that... but, having just waited 5 mins for Actinic to load, the problem is still there. And, interestingly ( ), all pairs have the same value except for the Top Sub Section List Layout which shows Use Parent and No Layout

Not sure if it's causing a problem. I'll soldier on for a while and see what happens, taking copious backups
