Coupon Offers - need help

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me.

I am trying to set up a coupon code that will give £5.00 off and free delivery.
i have gone to marketing | Discounts and surcharges, have managed the £5 off part but can't see anything for delivery.

Is what i want to do possible?

I managed to do it this way (above thread) change the percentage discount for a £5 off and it should work for you. I couldn't manage it any other way though.

Hi,

If the discount and shipping are to apply to all products can you not set up your code as you have and apply free shipping to 'Orders in this zone/class free over....' found in business settings - shipping - zone/class tables and uncheck it when the offer expires?

This should result in a discount and free shipping as intended.

P.S. or global free over in the configuration tab on business settings - shipping will do the same as above but to all zones/classes.
