Regular importing into sections/subsections

How would I go about importing product info into a SUB-Section - I can see easily how to create SECTIONS, but not subsections...

Do I need to have a crack with FlatFileImport.exe?

Compare the default at Common folder csv. And you will see how the products are separated into sub-sections using pipe symbols such as Clothing|Shoes
