i know its only September but!!
can anyone tell me how i would change my website for christmas
i would like to have falling snow on each page and maybe some holly or something
is there something i need to get for the snow flakes?

those javascript effects are available on all sorts of sites, but never go over the top.

it looks awful

most larger sites, in order to keep the bandwidth down, simply change the images on their sites to include snow and holly and such.

Absolutely - don't do the falling snow or most of the other rubbish.

IMHO

It looks tacky, slows down your site and distracts the customer.

Subtle changes such as updating your logo look good without distracting the customer.
