Script Modification

I have modified the os000001.pl script successfully and got my application to work with this script by uploading the new version seperately from the application. However, whenever I upload a new version of my site, my version of os000001.pl gets overwritten.

Is there any way of preventing this from happening?

You need to make your amanedments in OrderScript.pl instead. Actinic generates os000001.pl from this when it uploads and will bring in any mods from OrderScript.pl. You will then only need to make the amendments again when you upgrade Actinic.
