    Multiple conference bookings

We want to use Actinic for conference bookings. The bookings are typically made by a company’s purchasing department (the invoicing address) but the bookings are for one or more individuals for whom we need to capture separate name and address details.

The standard functionality is just about adequate when somebody books their own place as the particular individual can put their details in as the delivery address, but this falls down when there are multiple delegates.

I thought of handling this outside of Actinic by creating a registration process (in PHP) which culminates in accessing the cart from outside Actinic, but is there any way in which this additional functionality could be done inside Actinic?

Use the multi other info add-on from www.drillpine.biz to collect individual names.

1st attendee, 2nd attendee ... 10th attendee - whatever the likely max from one customer is...

This looks very useful. Do you know if one can add different add-on fields to different individual items? E.g. some conferences might want to collect extra data specific only to themselves.

Might be best to check that with Norman at drillpine. There is a forum where you can get your questions answered.

You are better asking Norman but I think that the answer is yes you can have different settings for each product because you implement the change in the product details, the problem you might have though (and I might be wrong about this) is that the maximum number of characters that can be collected is 1000.
