Email - test mode

Hi all,

I'm testing a site using erm.. test mode, and no confirmation emails are being sent to either the customer address, or to the client side address.

Can anyone confirm is this is a 'test mode' issue, or do I need to look for something else that could be the problem?

I've searched the forum, but can't see anything specific relating to this issue.

Does an email get sent and received when you do a network test?

Have a look in the error.err file on your website under /acatalog/ using your web browser.

Are there any smtp error messages there?
