    Problem with account orders offline

    I have designed a new version of a site in v8 and then imported the orders and customer accounts.

    In v7 when I processed an offline order - after selecting the radio button for ‘Account Customer’ I used to have a drop down list of my customer accounts.

    However, in V8 this does not appear. The accounts work fine online.

    Any idea if I have I done something wrong in the import? When I did the ‘Import Orders’ I also ticked ‘Customer Accounts’ but none of the others.

    You are correct this is different in v8.

    Can Actinic comment on this please?

      Yes - you now click the 'Search' button to find your desired account. If you just click 'Search' again on the new window, it will just bring up a list of all the accounts.

        And this is an improvement??

        Personally I found it great that when you started to type it found the account for you
