    Login error

    Hi

    I am having trouble installing Actinic ecommerce.V8

    Originally this was installed successfully onto the Old Terminal Server however we are putting this server out of production and installing a new TS server(Windows 2003 R2.) I carried out the same tasks as the old server. Restated the server – log back on and all I ever get when starting Actinic is “Actinic is loading” which lasts for all of 5 seconds and then nothing… I have uninstalled – removed Reg keys – reinstalled (always in execute mode) but nothing seems to work. On all occasions I get the following error in the event log.

    Source: Application Error
    Event ID: 1000

    “Faulting application Catalog.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0001bd02.”

    Has anyone seen this issue. I have no malware, AV issues on this sever.
