Hi There,

Please can anyone tell me how to apply free shipping to goods that have the VAT included in the price? at the moment its adding free shipping to the sub total.

And I'll bet it's also not adding VAT to the free shipping, so everything is OK.

I have attached a screenshot of what has happened which may make more sense, they is also a discount applied which is included.

Please can you have a look and tell me if it seems right?

Sorry let me explain again - I don't think the words came out right...

I would like to have free shipping for customers once they reach a certain basket total. I have done this but it seems to base it's calculations on the ex VAT price rather than the inc VAT price.

How can I make it so that free shipping is applied once the customer has reached say £100 inc VAT rather than £100 exc vat?

100/1.175 = £85.11, so do what you are doing now, but do it on £85.11 then instead.
