Network setting for site in subfolder

Okay so I am going to give this a go at setting up multiple labguage sites on one domain in subfolder of /eng /fr /de etc. but need a little help with the network setting – particular the paths to cgibin.

    Catalog url: http://www.viteyes.eu/eng/acatalog/
    CGI-BIN uel: http://www.viteyes.eu/cgi-bin/
    Codebase: ./
    Website url: http://www.viteyes.eu/eng/

Okay with all of these, but not sure how to change the following to reflect that the CGI-BIN is now is a directory one lower - or do I even need to?

Path from CGI-BIN to acatalog directory: ../public_html/eng/acatalog/ - I think this one is right
    Path the CGI-BIN: cgi-bin/

FTP to the site.. navigate to your new sub-folders (eng, fr, de etc) and create a new sub-folder online called "cgi-bin" .. set the permissions to "755"

You can now point your actinic sites to the correct cgi-bin in each sub-folder.. the cgi-bin is populated by Actinic during upload.
