File conflict error - .js files

Hi. When I try and upload my site I get the error message telling me that I have conflicting files names.

    \sitename\actiniccore.js
    \sitename\SiteHTML\actiniccore.js
    \sitename\actinicextras.js
    \sitename\SiteHTML\actinicextras.js

I understand why I cant have conflicting files, but cant find the files in the SiteHTML folder. I also cant find anywhere in my code to edit the link to \sitename\SiteHTML\actinicextras.js

    Any advice.

Any chance you have created an external (outwith Actinic) page that you reference from within Actinic? If so, did you use a file within SiteHTML to create the page?
    Cheers

I created the design in Dreamweaver. I have never had this problem before until I upgraded to CS3 and now I get problems all the time.

I think I have solved this problem. I simply renamed the .js files in the root folder and relinked them in the <head> code. I dont know if this is the correct way to rectify the problem - but it works.
