Importing CSV Files

Hi,
I would like to import a product database, and I am having a few problems matching all the Import Fields to the right places. Are there any CSV database templates available, so I can just add in the products and import them?

I'm not an expert on this, but I believe the advice is to do an export and then use that file as your template.
