PSP Bounce Page

The page which diverts to PayPal for accepting payment (the 'PSP bounce page' I believe) of my site is a bit unclear. It says "Please click the PayPal logo to make your payment" or words to that effect, but the PayPal logo is anchored to the far right of the screen and people keep missing it. It automatically diverts after a number of seconds anyway, but can we...

a) edit the look of this page so that the logo appears in a more obvious page
or
b) remove this page completely so that once the user has selected paying by PayPal they can go straight there without the need for this page?

The page can be selected from the drop down box on the design tab. Backup before you start playing, actinic's checkout procedure is not for the faint hearted. Keep your wits about you young Jedi.
