Change "Quantity:" text

I would like to change the "Quantity:" in the online shop to "Quantity of Packs:" but I have not been able to find a way of doing this on a site or section wide basis. Does anyone know its done?

I believe this is a global variable - is there a way of customising the quantity prompt to individual products or sections?

Yes have a variable that fills in the text for you and define that variable at section/product level. I did something similar on this site http://www.kombuwholefoods.com.au/ where products are sold in grams, kilos or neither. Section/product variable with those 3 options available, whichever is selected shows on the page. Can be product specific too, setup to use the 'use parent' function unless overidden.
