General Script Error on one server, not on the other ?

Hi,

I have a new site uploaded to 2 different servers, on one server it works fine:

on the other server:

if you go to this page http://www.magga.co.uk/acatalog/Elec...thbrushes.html

and click add to basket on either of the top 2 products, you get error:

A General Script Error Occurred
Error: The specified product (reference 47) has just been removed from the catalog. Please return to the catalog and continue shopping. If you press the Refresh or Reload button on your browser, the removed products will no longer be visible in the catalog. We apologize for the inconvenience.Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

It does not happen with all the products in the catalog and if you go fully into the product and add to basket, it works fine.

Also if you add to basket and then look at related products, for some of the related products it says "this product is no longer available" but on the other server it also works fine.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fixing this issue ?

If it is the same site, then it can only be one of two things, either hosting/network settings or the site needs a refresh. Try a compact database and a web refresh first and see if that cures it.

Thanks Lee. Looks like I needed to do a website refresh rather than update.
