Is Quantity Prompt Shown

Hi

My website uses a layout code - Standard with Image on Left and also another layout code - Standard with image on right.

On one the quantity prompt is shown, on the other it isn't. In both layouts the relevant bit of code is in a block if statement <actinic:block if="<actinic:variable name="IsQuantityPromptShown" />">

Why is one displaying and the other not?
