Error os000001.pl

Can anyone help please! I have just completed uploading my site and everything works fine until after the confirmation of payment, the customer is placed into a blank page and the error that is displayed is:
Invalid procedure call or argument

The customer gets confirmation of the order plus e-mail from sexsations but as a retailer I don't get an e-mail to let me know I have an order. Can anyone please give me some advice. Thank you.

Thank you for replying I have just had a confirmation of an order. I purchased myself earlier and received no confirmation. Did you end up in a blank page as that is what is happening once you have paid. Then you get the error message saying

Then the URL: sexsations.org/cgi/bin/os000001.pl

I was forwarded on to Worldpay and the payment taken - that was fine it was when worldpay had finished I went to a blank page. I am using XP and Internet Explorer 7
