Error with actinic

I just tried to duplicate lots of products some of which had several components and attributes and I got an error message as shown in the screen shot and sometimes this message repeated itself several times before it completed the operation. However everything seems to be working correctly dispite this error. Has anyone seen this before is it something I should be worried about and if so is there anyone that knows how I can fix this?

It means that one of your product references is longer than 17 characters and you have made a duplicate of it. You should if you can reduce the product reference length and recreate the duplicates.

Sounds like one of the fields is too long and has been shortened. Do you have a product reference over 17 characters long?

Check you are on the latest version of V8 as there is a duplicates bug in early versions that removes products if the ref is too long.
