Could anyone suggest a more advanced way to handle minimum orders per product group?
This is for a "drop ship" style operation with multiple suppliers of products to a single client related to one order, so we as the consolidator can levy but one shipping charge and / or be affected by that suppliers minimum order.
The restriction is that if for registered clients you set a minimum order level per order, a group of say ten products could exceed that and yet individually fall below your suppliers minimum order level. In product groups you may only create discounts per cart contents and apply that to a certain group as a restriction.
Thought about changing the shipping type to group, also a charge only once handling supplement per product but there are several scenarios where that wouldn't work. Ideally we need a minimum order per product group setting, one for the wish list perhaps or anyone got an idea...?
