    Problem to logged

Hi. I created a customer account with login : olivier@newgames.fr and password : 123456 to test. I upload the website. When I try to log I get the following error message "Nous avons trouvé votre compte mais n’avons pas pu lire les détails. La page de connexion que vous avez utilisée est peut-être une ancienne copie stockée dans le cache de votre navigateur. Cliquez sur le bouton Retour navigateur, puis actualisez la page de connexion et réessayez.
Pour continuer vos achats, veuillez cliquer ici . "
which means Actinic foud the count but cannot read the details. I press crtl F5 without any more success.
    Any idea ?
    Thanks
    Didier

I would first of all try a Help | Trouble Shooting | Website Purge and Refresh. Check the first two options and then click delete and refresh.

The site will be down while the upload is in progress.

Do not do this if you have customised any perl scripts.

Let me know how you get on.

Do you get the same problem if you make another test account, upload and try to log in?

          Whats the full version number?
          Regards,

Have use customised any of the login layouts? If so try reverting them back to the factory settings.

Might be best for support to investigate your snapshot. Please log an email ticket here.

I had the same problem with my new site. A full site refresh solved the problem for me though.

Hi. Problem resolved by Actinic support in the following way :
"I have edited the login layout to remove the formatting that you have applied to the 'challenge' variable. The variable 'challenge' contains the site encryption key ('Housekeeping |Security') that is used during password checking.
There had been colour formatting added to the variable which changed the value of the encryption key."

                      Thanks to them.
