Order Bypassing bug?

If an order is processed using the "bypass order processing" option it gets moved to completed after printing the outstanding data.

Unticking the "bypass order processing" option still keeps the orders in "completed" until one is viewed.. it then moves into pending and needs to be manually completed.

I'm not sure if this is a bug.

Selecting 'Bypass Catalog Order Processing' effectively changes the requirements for orders to be considered completed. If you edit an order after switching this off, Actinic checks the order against the new set of completion requirements and will find that it can't consider it to be completed any more.

I'd be interested to hear other people's opinions on this.
