Cannot edit layouts in Dreamweaver

Just got a new laptop and having installed V8 onto it I no longer get the option to edit layout in dreamweaver.

Is it because I have Dreamweaver CS3 installed or am I just being dim!

Theres a couple of threads on it and the issues/settings to overcome. You are not being dim at all, but you should really search the forum before posting.
