Payment and Security

Hi All;

I have a question regarding Payment and Security. I have two Actinic "sister" sites if you will: www.personal-prints.com and www.solsticearts.com using Authorize net as PSP. All order taking is going along smoothly on both sites. Order downloads for personal-prints also going smoothly. However we get "an error box" stating that " The payment Service Provider authorization download ....order #_..has an invalid signature" I did search Actinic FAQ before writing this question and the solution ( ref#887)was to check the Authorize Net settings in Settings| Business Settings| Payment and Security. I did so and the setting for both sites are indeed identical. I also dug into Housekeeping| Security and security keys are identical there too. We can see orders in Authorize net control panel...but still getting the error message above. SSL is on for both sites

Any tips from this forum members would be gratefully received.

Bob,

Are both sites using defferent Script ID numbers? You can check this in 'Web | Network Setup', they need to.

Payment Problems

Thank you for your advise. I did reset and refreshed 2nd site to use a different script id (#2)

Both sites have different domains of course and files reside in different host folders.

We are still getting same error messages re; authorisation when downloading
orders..on site #2 www.solsticearts.com. We have to click on ignore button in dial up box several times to retrieve order. Still puzzled
