Using Actinic as an Adminiatrator

Hi Guys,
Can someone explain this to me, i.e. how it works. Is setting up a number of different users only possible on Actinic Business? If I go to Settings on Actinic Catalog then there does not seem to be a sub menu called Users as indicated in the help file.

It seems I can only log in as an administrator which means basically I can just pass word protect the program, is that right? Also how does this Credit Card encryption work? I've been to Housekeeping and chosen to encrypt the CC data, but it seems that I can just go in and look any way???

The different users option is only possible in the Multi user version of Actinic.

If you look at the credit card data directly in the database, that column of the order table is encrypted. The programme would not be much use if it did not decrypt the data and show it in the User Interface.

Thanks. I was kinda hoping that if you logged in as an administrator then you would see the CC info and if you didn't you wouldnt.
