    Order confirmation

    Hi all,
    Hope you can help.
    Customers are not receiving order confirmations automatically for some reason, I have it set that I receive an emai copy of the order and I am receiving this without a problem.
    Any ideas why the customer copy is not going out?

    Run the network test first will check your smtp settings.

            In Business Settings, Ordering Tab, is the Send Receipt Email To Customer box ticked?

                have you put a test order on yourself? We have had customers mention this in the past only to find their e-mail settings was resulting in the confirmation e-mail being classed as junk!

                put through a test and see if you get 1 or 2 e-mail confirmations

                    would have thought you should have received two. IE one as the shop owner and one as the customer

                    have you got an option to pay on account so i could put a test order through from here?
