Is it possible to list the product names in cart in a layout

right.. at the mo I have a cart section on my layout which says items: 0 value: 0

I want to list the product titles so it would go t shirt - 1 jeans - 1 items: 2 value: £245

here it is at the mo.. on the right hand side below the quick jump dropdown menu.
