Help. We need to do a special offer 'Buy 1 get 1 free' but on the same product.

Has anyone done this before?

Probably not to be honest, sounds a bit revolutionary that idea.
It might take off though you never know.

If you have Business version - look in discounts and the help files.
If you have catalog just create a product which clearly shows you get 2 for the price of 1.
