Checkout Problems and changes

I have been "lurking" on the forum for several months now and have had lots of good advice and guidance. Thanks to you all.

I understand that the general consensus is to leave the checkout process well alone, but ......

I am having a number of problems with my checkout procedure; the remove option; Save and Retrieve buttons and Continue Shopping options have disappeared. In addition what I really want to do is to show the user-define variable "Pack-Size" in the checkout as well.

I have reverted to the factory settings for the layouts (I think), I am using a change to ShoppingCart.pl to stop the bounce as detailed in the Advance guide.

I am using the excellent Collapso Menu from Drillpine.

Any suggestions, comments and advice would be most welcome.

They are there for me - there was a few problems loading the page though so it may be that the button images are not loading correctly?
