has anyone experienced any problems with POS Link pulling data in from QB POS version 7? The tech support guys say that POS Link is only rated for POS 6...
I have tried to pull in my clients data (leading to a data truncated error when Actinic fires up), but I can't find the problem on the POS side of the house. I went into their system and saw that they had 30 departments, but the catalog section table in the actinic Db shows many more than that.
The POS has 1600+ items in only 30 categories, but the 'automatic' import advertised on the homepage doesn't seem to be as seemless as I might have hoped.
Are there any trick to configuring (or reworking) a client's POS system to ensure a smooth import?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
