Some Rows in Hierarchical Import not Being Imported

Hi

I've created a spreadsheet and populated it with data to import sections and products into Actinic using the hierarchical import feature. When I run the import all the new sections are created but only the first product is created. So it creates the first section and the first product, then it skips the rest of the products in the first section and then it creates the subsequent sections but skips all the products again.

Does anyone know why this might be? The product rows are all of the same format so I am confused as to why the first one works but the rest don't. Also why would it not report an error? There are no errors reported.

Not without seeing a sample of that file, I think. Copy / paste some into a post (beween [C O D E] and [/C O D E] tags - n.b. type them without the spaces).

Thanks for the response - adding end section didn't seem to work.

I did actually get it to import a test file by manually adding a reference for each product into the import file even though I have auto-generate reference enabled within actinic. I suppose I will do the import with manual references although this seems like a bodge to me.
