Checkout Page 3 Crash...

When selecting page type "checkout page 3" in design view actinic crashes.

From what I understand this is a bounce page to the payment processors and due to this there would be no need to alter any design elements as the customer never gets to see the "checkout page 3". Can anybody confirm if this is correct?

CP3 is the nasty inbuilt Java payment taking page - although it should not crash you should definitely NOT be using it.

Even Actinic warn about its use ie DONT USE IT - there was a thread about this the other week.

I'm a U.S. user and are experiencing the same issue with the Catalog crashing when trying to access Checkout Page 3.

Although, this hasn't happen before, maybe it's for the better since I don't alter the page in anyway.

My problem now seems to be accessing the mail server from the Network Setup test or the Wizard because of not getting email confirmation nor are customers getting a reciept page/email.

Another subject for another Thread perhaps since I cannot find any answers to my particular problem within the Forum.

The Checkout Page 3 (java issue) is not related to these other problems you mention.
