    Cannot download orders

    Our merchandise manager is having a problem downloading orders. When she clicks the 'upsidedown tree' icon in Actinic she get the message The system cannot find the file specified.

    Sorry Bob i have nothing constructive to add, but the above did make me laff, i've never seen it as that, but with the festive season upon us i can see her thinking.

    Can she tell us where to get an upright blue tree, cos i sure want one.

      Refresh the site - purge and refresh if that fails
