Invoice Location

When Checking out the person has two drop down boxes

Select Invoice Location

Select Shipping Location

I want to remove the Invoice Location box, because i will only ship to one of two countries (EG UK or Eire)... and the person ordering cannot ship to a different country.

Is there somewhere to do this, why has invoice location box appeared?

I would also like to know how to do this.. strangely enough on 2 of 3 actinic sites we have, 'invoice location' isn't shown on the first checkout page, but it shown on the other one.. the layout is the same, i.e. they all have the conditional InvoiceLocationIsUsed Invoice Location layout.. I just can't figure out the difference between the sites which is making InvoiceLocationIsUsed == true

Nevermind, found what was causing my "invoice location" to be shown on the first checkout screen - it was because a couple of payment methods were limited by location
