Completing Orders

How does one use the "Complete" button? It's always greyed out in my Actinic and I'd love not to have to look at all the orders in the "Pending" category every time I download orders.

(I'm not using Actinic's built-in payment processing options, if it matters.)

the "complete" button has its tasks set in Setting > Business Settings > Order Processing > One Stop Order Completion
