delivery price for a specific zone

Hi. In France we have an island (Corsica) for which delivery is very expensive. So I would like to create a specific delivery price for this zone, different from all the others parts of France. So Actinic must be able to recognize the department number but I don't see how I can do this ?

Create a zone called 'Corsica' and add your classes inside it. Similar to how we split the UK up into countries or split out the Scottich Highlands for example.
