When we get a customer return items and ask for a refund instead of exchange, we cancel the product on Actinic but leave the postage charge (as we have already incurred this)
Unfortunately the link program will not export the invoice (of only the P&P) to sage as it does not include a product in the invoice anymore, yet we still need the original P&P posted to sage
