A customer of our has an actinic multi user license. He has recently uninstalled one of the licences from one machine and has installed it on another machine.
When they try opening actinic now they get the following screens popping up saying Design Upgrade (image1) They click the third option. Then another box comes up (image 2). We click the the second option and several more boxes (all with different button image upgrades) come up then after several boxes we get an error (image 3). do you know what this is?
I asked them to select the 2nd option on the 1st screen and then the 2nd version on the other screens and when they tried this they said:
Just tried selecting the second option and that goes through to complete ok. Then the error message pops up again but this time didn't give any options to select.
Now on all of the other machines they have v8.5.1 HFUA but when they installed actinic again on this new machine, they loaded the original disc they had which was an older version. I have asked them to try updating the page from the website which is now v8.5.1 HIZA and they are getting the same error still?
Would upgrading all of the version of actinic sort this or is there something more a miss with this?
